Please find below a brief summary of reported incidents across the Muswell Hill area during the past week:
🌿 Possession of Cannabis

🔎 Incident currently under investigation.
🍽️ Making Off Without Payment
📍 Muswell Hill Broadway
👥 Five suspects dined at a restaurant and, after expressing dissatisfaction with their main meals, refused to pay and left the premises.
🚐 Theft from Motor Vehicle
📍 Fortis Green Road
🛠️ Work tools were stolen from a works van by an unknown suspect.
🚗 Theft from Motor Vehicle
📍 Wellfield Avenue
🌙 Vehicle broken into overnight, with the rear parcel shelf removed and stolen.

💷 Unknown suspect stole approximately £150 worth of health food products.

🕕 At approximately 6:00am, the victim was using their mobile phone at a bus stop when a suspect riding a bicycle snatched the phone and made off.

🕛 At approximately 11:55pm, the victim was walking while holding their mobile phone when two males riding an electric dirt bike grabbed the device and fled in an unknown direction.

🏬 While inside a shop, the victim left their bag on the floor. Unknown suspects stole a wallet and mobile phone from inside the bag before running away.

🚨 A motorbike was stolen and later recovered, however it had been criminally damaged.

Over the last few months, we have seen an increase in mobile phone snatches committed by suspects using e-bikes and similar vehicles.
📵 Please avoid using your mobile phone openly in public where possible.
🎧 Consider using Bluetooth earphones or hands-free devices when taking calls.
📱 Keep mobile phones out of sight when not in use.
👀 Stay aware of your surroundings, particularly near roads and cycle paths.
